Preview of Fall Feldenkrais Attractions

I couldn’t be more pleased to share the Fall lineup of workshops, all of which promise to be chock full of tips to improve resiliency, quality, and fullness of everyday life.

First, Manzanita on September 29th with a focus on Feldenkrais for folks who practice yoga, Hips, Shoulders, Knees & Toesand you don’t need to know anything about yoga to take part.

Then, October 13 & 14, a weekend workshop focused on feet and walking. We’re calling it Best Foot Forward, you get the drift. There are a few places to stay on the grounds at Chinook Aerie if you feel the urge for a getaway.

On October 20, I’m revisiting the Body Like Hers workshop in Portland for women that I taught 8 years ago. This time, it’s a 2-hour peek inside how you carry your story of you and your female ancestors. Stories evolve over time and with them our posture and resilience.

At the end of October, the 28th, I’m back in Eugene for Feeting & Walking where we’ll cover the basics of increasing fluidity and grace in everyday or fitness walking.

Last, but not least, I’m bringing Change Your Age to Portland on November 17. This one-day workshop will introduce you to the best in yourself and the places you can work with to regain and keep that sense of vitality and youth.
