Summer Feldenkrais and Your Practice

Dear Students,

I wonder if you’d agree; this summer has been as beautiful as any in the Pacific Northwest. My garden is at its peak in terms of blooms, growth, and canine resilience (see below). In another month, it will begin drying out and slowing down but, for now, the growth is exponential.

Summer Session

For human resilience, we need to do more than simply shake off our tensions. Continue the process of your own discovery on July 18-August 15 (Wednesdays, noon) and July 20-August 17 (Fridays, 10:45am). The theme is How to Work With Yourselfwith an emphasis on practice when you are not in class.

Please Note: no class August 22-September 14, class resumes September 19

Feeting & Walking, Eugene Yoga, Sunday, October 28, 1-4pm
