This Spring Quarter, we’re focusing on the series of lessons developed by Frank Wildman, The Brain as the Core of Strength and Stability. This body of lessons will provide us with another perspective on how one can organize to use the self in a way that supports healthy action. We will use this series of lessons to illuminate our thinking about how and what constitutes the “core.”
